CrossFit Coalville invites you to come along and take part in our "OPEN DAY" on Saturday 12th June

Perfect for anyone who would like to come check out our facility, coaches, program and meet other new members.

Whether your new to training or an experienced gym goer, if you have never given CrossFit a try before, the Open Day sessions are perfect.

Movements and workouts will be tailored depending on your ability level with the focus primarily on efficient movement patterns and giving you a feel for what we have to offer at CrossFit Coalville.

The session will include a Warm Up, Skill and Technique Focus, Workout and Cool Down.

CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance.

The program works for everyone — people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years.

We only have 10 spaces available per time slot and they are FREE so will go fast
